Ioan Bălan (11 February 1880 – 4 August 1959) was a Romanian bishop of the Greek-Catholic Church.

Ioan Bălan (n. 11 februarie 1880, Teiuș, comitatul Alba de Jos – d. 4 august 1959, la București) a fost episcop greco-catolic de Lugoj, deținut politic. A fost beatificat de papa Francisc în anul 2019. Este sărbătorit în Biserica Catolică în data 2 iunie.
